The Duplex-Zer0° Van-Mounted Bin Washer is purpose-built for operators who need to work in extreme climates, with proven reliability in countries such as Norway and Canada. Its fully enclosed design keeps the entire water system protected during transit, preventing damage from freezing conditions and ensuring all-season performance.
With a hydraulic slide-out system, the unit easily extends from the rear of the van when in use, allowing smooth operation of the bin lift. Once the job is complete, the system retracts neatly inside, making it safe, secure, and ready for transport.

The van-mounted Duplex -Zer0° Bin Washer is the ultimate solution for professional bin cleaning. Designed to handle both domestic wheelie bins and commercial waste containers from 120L to 1280L, it delivers powerful, reliable cleaning in all conditions.
Its enclosed design keeps the rear doors sealed during transit, protecting the water system from freezing temperatures—perfect for operators working in colder climates. Mounted to high-top enclosed vans, the system remains compact, easy to manoeuvre, and requires no special driving licence.
Every machine features Green Cleen’s advanced 4-stage water recycling system, filtering to 300 microns for maximum efficiency and sustainability. Equipped with a Honda petrol engine, paired with a 30 L/pm high-performance water pump to match your workload.
The durable double-acting hydraulic lift makes light work of any two-wheeled residential bin or RAL-standard commercial container. Inside bins are blasted by two fixed orbital high-pressure cleaner heads, while a hand lance ensures spotless results on the exterior.

Chassis Suitability
To mount the Duplex -Zero° Bin Washer, your high-top van should meet the following minimum requirements:
Load space: 270cm (L) × 146cm (W) × 190cm (H, door frame) x 134 between wheel arches
Floor to bed height: Max 800mm
Payload: At least 1000kg
If your van has a tow bar, it may need removal depending on its projection. For new vans, we recommend a watertight-treated load space. In colder climates, a heating system is also advisable. For the easiest use and maintenance we recommend sliding doors on both sides of the van.
For guidance on suitability or fitting costs, our team is happy to assist.
Delivery and Shipping information
Overseas: We can provide quotations from door-to-door shipping agents and handle communication directly. Customers may also get their own quotes for comparison. Delivery times will be included.
Local Installation: Requires a mechanic or engineer with a forklift. We provide fitting guides and phone support. Equipment can be shrink-wrapped, or bespoke wooden crates can be arranged for approximately £800.
