Our pickup-mounted bin cleaning equipment can clean domestic wheelie bins and commercial waste containers ranging from 120L – 1280L metal or plastic bins. Mounting to single cab pickups makes these machines highly effective and manoeuvrable, with no special driving licenses required. After nearly 30 years of design and development, the pickup-mounted Duplex is our signature machine. We now have over 150 units in operation across eight countries. The Duplex provides the operator with the means to achieve high productivity whilst ensuring compliance with any Environment Agency and local water authority regulations. Our range fully recycles all water used in the bin cleaning process, running through an integrated 4-stage filtration process. Green Cleen’s double-acting hydraulic lifting frames can lift two residential bins at once or any RAL standard commercial waste containers. For cleaning the inside of the bins, there are two fixed orbital high-pressure tank cleaner heads and a high-pressure lance for cleaning the outsides. For health and safety, this unit comes with 360° flashing beacons.

The pickup-mounted Duplex Bin Washer will fit most 2×4 or 4×4 SINGLE CAB pickup trucks. If you are considering the use of any chassis that is not specified below then you should first check with Green Cleen to ascertain its suitability or any additional fitting costs that may be incurred.

8. The tailgate MUST be removed, before bringing the vehicle to Green Cleen for machine fitting.

Please note, that any chassis supplied to Green Cleen must be without any beaver tail, box body, extension frame, tailgate or tipper body. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the chassis is supplied to Green Cleen in a roadworthy condition with all chassis parts and lights intact.
