Our enclosed van mounted Duplex -Zer0° Bin Washers were developed for our Norway and Canada Franchises allowing their operators to work in freezing temperatures. You can close the rear doors whilst in transit protecting the water system from the elements. Customers can purchase an integrated heating system from the vehicle manufacturers stopping the water from freezing. These units slide in and out on hydraulics once the rear doors are open to allow the lift to rise and fall. The Duplex Zer0° is capable of cleaning domestic wheelie bins and larger commercial waste containers. Fitting is available to most HIGH-TOP enclosed vans. The Duplex -Zer0° comes with an onboard petrol engine, high-pressure water pump and two fixed orbital high-pressure wash heads for cleaning the inside of bins and a lance for cleaning the outsides. The wastewater is reclaimed and recycled, ensuring compliance with all Environment Agency and local water authority regulations. All Duplex Bin Washers come equipped with Green Cleen’s double-acting hydraulic lifting frames. There is no manual lifting required allowing considerably more bins to be cleaned each day with minimal physical effort.
Green Cleen’s enclosed van mounted Duplex -Zer0° Bin Washers were designed for cleaning both domestic wheelie bins and commercial waste containers ranging from 120L – 1280L metal or plastic bins. The enclosed version allows the rear doors to close when not in use protecting the water system from freezing conditions. Mounted to high-top enclosed vans makes these machines highly effective and manoeuvrable with no special driving licenses required. Our whole range fully recycles all water used in the bin cleaning process running through an integrated 4-stage filtration process to 300 microns. We offer the option of a Honda or Briggs & Stratton petrol engine and 21 L/pm or 30L/pm water pumps. Green Cleen’s double-acting hydraulic lifting frames can clean any two-wheeled residential bins or any RAL standard commercial waste containers. For cleaning the inside of the bins there are two fixed orbital high-pressure tank cleaner heads and a high-pressure lance for cleaning the outside of the bins.

Below is a list of dimensions that need to be taken into consideration when looking for a suitable enclosed high-top van in which to mount the Duplex -Zero° Bin Washer.

- Load space width minimum 156cm
- Load space height minimum 190cm
- Payload minimum 1000Kg
- If a tow bar is fitted this may have to be removed. This depends on how far it projects from the rear.
We recommend if buying from new that you ask the manufacture to treat the load space making it watertight. For those in cold countries might want to consider also having a heating system fitted.

When shipping equipment outside of the UK for fitting to be done locally. We can arrange door to door delivery via a haulage company or this can be arranged by the customer. Equipment can be shrink wrapped on a pallet or wooden crates can be provided at the customers cost.
