Floor Mounted Bin Wash Solution
Designed for installation at hospitals, airports, shopping centres and other commercial facilities. Our Static Bin Wash was the first static bin cleaning machine available on the market and offers a permanently situated semi-automatic bin cleaning system capable of cleaning commercial two and four-wheeled bins ranging from 120 Litre up to 1280 Litre waste containers in one location using minimal physical effort. The Static Bin Wash offers the option of fully recycling all the water used in the bin cleaning process passing it through an integrated four-stage filtration process to 300 microns. Or you can run continuous fresh water through. All that is required is a 3-phase electricity connection, hosepipe feed for the water and a drain nearby to download the dirty wastewater. For locations without 3-phase electric there is a petrol engine powered version available.
The Static Bin Wash offers a floor mounted semi-automatic cleaning process designed for the cleaning of both commercial two and four-wheeled bins. This unit will provide the operator with the means to achieve a high rate of productivity, whilst ensuring compliance with the Environment Agency and Water Authority regulations with the minimal physical effort. These bin wash systems have the capability of cleaning two 120, 240 or 360 litre wheelie bins at once or any plastic/metal 4 wheeled bins. The Static Bin Wash offers the options of fully recycling all the water used in the bin cleaning process or to run continuous fresh water. It can be powered by 3 phase electric or petrol engine options are available.

Our Static Bin Washers require a water feed, 3-phase electric connection, a close drain for water discharge and suitable flat surface approx 3 m x 4 m. This machine has been designed for easy plug and play installation. No specialist equipment or engineers required. If in the UK a Green Cleen engineer can come to install the equipment if required. Outside of the UK installation instructions will be provided for local installation.
Green Cleen provide full operator training on the use and maintenance of the equipment.
When shipping equipment outside of the UK for fitting to be done locally. We can arrange door to door delivery via a haulage company or this can be arranged by the customer. Equipment can be shrink wrapped on a pallet or wooden crates can be provided at the customers cost.
